Renault UK has announced a 31-strong list of nominees for its ‘J.D Power 2015 Dealer of Excellence’ awards. Following further rounds of independent assessment the eventual recipients of this unique industry accreditation will receive their ‘J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence’ award at a presentation ceremony in July.
2015 marks the second year that the Renault Group UK dealer network has been independently audited for service quality by global market research experts J.D. Power. The ‘J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence’ accolade will be bestowed upon dealerships that push the boundaries and consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer experience.

Renault UK commissioned J.D. Power in January 2014 to measure the performance of its dealers as part of its bid to climb into the top 10 vehicle manufacturer list of independent UK quality surveys by 2017 – a key objective of its GO5+ mid-term growth strategy.
The J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award Programme, the first of its kind in Europe, gives high-performing Renault dealers enhanced status compared to their competitors, and demonstrates their commitment to customer service satisfaction irrespective of their brand. The J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence program is independently administered by J.D. Power.
To achieve inclusion in the shortlist for the award, dealerships must satisfy requisite scores in Renault UK’s customer satisfaction programme for their 2014 performance.
